MARIE ANTONIE MERMOZ, born the 12/09/1855 at PLANAY, sister of 
JULES SERAPHIN MERMOZ, born the 4/1/1879 at PLANAY all two of 
JOSEPH ETIENNE MERMOZ, born the 22/3/1829 at ANNET (77) and of 
MARIE LUCIE GROMIER, born in 1834 at PLANAY, him of 
NOEL MERMOZ, born the 27/11/1804 and of
LOUISE ROSALIE SIMAR born the 07/12/1804.  

JEAN MERMOZ, married 23/8/1930 with 
Gilberte Henriette Rose CHAZOTTES, him born 9/12/1901 at AUBENTON (02) of 
CHARLES LEON JULES MERMOZ, born 20/9/1870 at VERVINS (02) and of 
GEORGETTE GABRIELLE GILLET, born 24/9/1880, him of
JULES ATHANASE MERMOZ, born in 1838.

I seek all information on the ascending ones and descendants of Jean Mermoz, because I think that we have a family tie. There are several reasons with that: First of all, my grandmother knows it. And what my grandmother knows, she knows it! Then, the presence of similar first names in the two trees. To finish, proximity of the birthplaces between the two stocks, departments of Aisne and the Seine-and-Marne being bordering. I could add the resemblance between my grandfather and the aviator, but I am afraid to be too not very objective. Still know that there are approximately 120 families with the name of Mermoz in France.

With the fact, Planay, it is in Savoy, on the road of Pralognan (Allez Bastoun).
